LOCATIONS & WINERIES

from the Bourgogne episode

HOSPICES DE BEAUNE

Beaune is a great home base as you explore the Bourgogne region, and one of your first stops should definitely be the beautiful Hospices de Beaune, a historic hospital complex founded in the 1400s but today operates as a museum noted for its Burgundian-Flemish architecture.

CITÉ DES CLIMATS

Bourgogne has not one, but 3 Cité des Climats for you to visit, with locations in Beaune, Chablis, and Mâcon. Any one of them would be a great way to start your trip into this region by learning a bit before you venture out! And in the restaurant, I met Laurent and Jeanne Delaunay, who make some incredible wines. Make sure to visit their winery in Nuit-Saint-Georges!

FAMILLE GROSSOT

Chablis is one of my personal favorite areas of Bourgogne because the wines are so crisp, clean, and unique. Stop into the tiny underground tasting room to have a few glasses with Eve or her father and prepare to be blown away!

TERROIRS BY ADELINE

An experience with Adeline is a MUST book on your trip to the region. She offers tours as well as cooking classes and has access to a ton of properties and wines that you could never get a hold of otherwise!

The wines we had in this scene were Millebuis and they were great! They are a co-op from Côte Chalonnaise, which means a group of winemakers who work together to produce wine under a single label.
