Don’t freak out quite yet! Our shipper usually tries to deliver for serveral consecutive days. If you missed several times and have many a ‘Missed Delivery’ sticky note on your door, chances are the package is at the local delivery hub, and you can pick in up anytime in the next 5 days at your convenience. Contact us at support@visforvino.com and we’ll find out for you.
If you waited too long, and the package shipped back to us, unfortunately we will have to ship out the package again for $20.
Please don’t contact FedEx or UPS yourself; there’s a whole bunch of laws involved in shipping alcohol, and they typically won’t allow customers to make changes.
