I won’t be home when my order arrives!


If the order has been processed, we cannot cancel at that point. Our shipper will make several attempts to drop off, usually over serveral consecutive days. However, if you still won’t be home, there are a few things we can do. Please contact support@visforvino.com ASAP to handle it.

Please reach out ASAP if you think you won’t be home! Once the package is shipped back to us, we have no option but to ship it again (which costs $20).

Please don’t contact our shipper yourself; there’s a whole bunch of laws involved in shipping alcohol, and they typically won’t allow customers to make changes.
